The development includes three buildings, ranging from 31 to 47 storeys, which will accommodate the hotel, homes, and cultural and learning spaces. The height of these buildings reflect the emerging character of the area and support our vision to develop a world-leading cultural destination.
We’ve also been mindful of our neighbours. Wherever possible, the taller buildings are positioned further away from existing homes, with heights gently stepping down closer to them to create a more comfortable relationship.
At ground level, we’ve arranged the buildings to keep the site as open as possible. This creates clear and easy-to-use routes through, while opening up views across the site. Together, these features aim to make the area feel safer, more welcoming, and better connected for everyone who lives in, works in, or visits the neighbourhood.
